PSV VS DEN HAAG
Following a 3-1 win over Twente, PSV will look to book their place in the KNVB Beker semis when they take on Den Haag on Thursday. Ruud van Nistelrooy’s troops have been in a fine form of late, and they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play. January signing Fabio Silva should keep his place in the starting XI after finding the net in the last league match, while all Thorgan Hazard, Fode Fofana, Anwar El-Ghazi, and Savio remain on the sidelines.
The Eerste Divisie side, on the other hand, were producing fine displays in the Dutch second tier in February, but PSV will pose a much bigger threat for Dick Advocaat’s troops than their previous rivals. In their last meeting in Eindhoven PSV rolled over Den Haag 4-0, which is yet another reason why home win should be considered.
