At, we recognize the importance of customer service. Customer Service for us is much more than a week event, and it’s a culture that we value every day of the week.

In celebration of the international Customer Service Week 2017, we say thank you for believing in us.

As service-oriented organizations around the world prepare to mark this year’s Customer Service Week, Nigeria’s Most Customer Focused Betting site,, is set to celebrate seven (7) years of superior service delivery with its numerous customers all around the world from October 4 – 6, 2017.

Speaking on the 2017 Customer Service Week themed, ‘Building Trust’, Managing Director of NaijaBet, Femi Kukoyi, said that: “Exceptional service delivery remains a core foundation of as a brand and the 2017 Customer Service week, is another opportunity to re-emphasize and recognize the efforts and contributions of its numerous customers over the years.”

The Customer Service Week is an international event devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and honoring the people who have contributed immensely towards service revolution.

It is celebrated annually worldwide during the first full week of October.

Some of the activities earmarked for the week include A talk session on the Theme of the year’s Customer Service Week “Building Trust’”– an exercise where the Customer Service Team hold a talk session with the entire staff of NaijaBet on how to Build Trust with its customers andalso to see how each department can work hand in hand to ensure that customers are satisfied and happy.

Thirdly, to wrap up the event there would be an awards/recognition night for all the customer service representatives to recognize their good performance and achievements.

This will go a long way in encouraging and motivating them. Awards will be given out to the Most Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the year 2017.

This initiative was first introduced in 2010 when commenced operations as a mandatory responsibility to encourage and motivate all the customer service representatives.

The Managing Director in his closing remark said: “Without the Customer Service Team, our service issues will not be resolved”.
